Firefighters responded to a fire 10:12 p.m. Sunday on Highway 34.
According to a Creston Fire report, firefighters were dispatched following a report of a propane tank on fire. Upon arrival, the fire was out. Firefighters checked and found no fire extension to the house. The cause was a lightning strike.
