Come to the annual Emmaus sweet corn feed 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Creston First United Methodist Church, 400 N. Elm St.
Menu includes all the Gates sweet corn you can eat, grilled loins, hot dogs, baked beans, dessert bars and ice cream. Cost is $8 for adults, $5 for children, and free for five and under.
Funds raised are used to give a baby Bible to newborns at Greater Regional Medical Center. Over 700 baby Bibles have been given out since beginning this outreach. Also the funds are used to sponsor people attending the three day Walk to Emmaus retreat. Walk to Emmaus is open to all denominations.
