Lindsey Frey, 37, 321 S. Walnut St., was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of probation 9:27 a.m. Tuesday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Frey was released on $10,000 bond.

Jeremy Seddon, 34, 500 N. Walnut St., was charged on two Union County warrants for violation of probation 7:45 p.m. Tuesday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Seddon was being held awaiting bond hearing.

Kevin James Junger, 28, of Lenox was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia 11:02 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Spruce and West Irving streets.
According to a Creston Police report, at 10:18 p.m., a traffic stop was made on a vehicle with Junger as a passenger. Junger was charged on a warrant. A search of the vehicle found several items of narcotics equipment inside a black bag. The bag was identified as Junger’s. The equipment was field tested and did test positive for methamphetamine.
Junger was being held on $1,000 bond.

Dusten Jacob Thrasher, 26, of Des Moines, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia 1:18 a.m. today at his residence.
Officers were called to 205 E. Mills St. in Creston in regards to a complaint of the odor of marijuana coming from Apt. 2. Officers arrived and observed the odor of marijuana coming from the apartment, and the resident admitted to smoking marijuana and paraphernalia was visible from the front door. Marijuana paraphernalia and marijuana were discovered in Thrasher’s apartment.
Thrasher was being held on $1,000 bond.

Josh Deery, 312 W. Montgomery St., reported a cordless DeWalt hammer drill was taken between noon and 5 p.m. Monday from his shop located at his residence, and the back window of his truck was broken and two car batteries were taken from the shop between 5 p.m. Friday and 5 p.m. Monday.
Loss and damage estimate is $595.
