Monday: lemon pepper fish, rosemary potatoes, broccoli, wheat bread, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Swiss steak, red roasted potatoes, corn casserole, multigrain bread, fruited gelatin.

Wednesday: honey baked chicken, whipped potatoes, carrots and lima beans, wheat roll, birthday cake.

Thursday: beef tips with gravy, bow tie pasta, California vegetables, wheat roll, chocolate cake.

Friday: apple glazed pork, cut yams, cabbage, multigrain bread, peaches.

All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
