No citations were issued after an accident 2:14 p.m. Friday at Creston High School.
According to a Creston Police report, Sydney Arlinda Martin, 15, 314 1/2 N. Sycamore St., driving a 1992 Chevrolet, was attempting to pull up to a legally parked 1999 Ford in the parking lot of Creston High School, 601 W. Townline St., and struck the passenger side of the legally parked Ford.
Damage estimates are $500 to Martin’s vehicle and $1,000 to the legally parked Ford.

No citations were issued after an accident 3:18 p.m. Saturday on 240th Street.
According to a Union County Sheriff report, Wesley Richard Oliphant, 18, of Lenox, driving a 2002 Toyota east on 240th Street, lost control, over-corrected and entered the ditch on the north side of the road. The vehicle then turned sideways and came to rest facing west in the westbound lane.
Damage estimate is $1,500.
