Monday: turkey ham and white beans, sliced carrots, German coleslaw, corn bread, glazed fruit.
Tuesday: liver and onions, baked potato, broccoli, wheat roll, bread pudding, raisin sauce.
Wednesday: herbed pork loin, rice florentine, squash and zuccini, wheat bread, fresh fruit.
Thursday: cranberry dijon chicken, red roasted potatoes, whole kernel corn, multigrain bread, tropical fruit.
Friday: salisbury beef with gravy, whipped O'Brien potatoes, cabbage and carrots, multigrain bread, peanut butter cookie.
All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
