Peyten Elizabeth Spencer, 18, of Lorimor was charged with simple assault 6:17 p.m. Monday at her residence.
According to a Union County Sheriff report, at 5:28 p.m. Monday, sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to 508 Minnesota Ave., for a report of an assault. Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim and Spencer. After further investigation, it was determined Spencer had shoved the victim in the chest with her hands.
Spencer was released on $300 bond.
