Hayden Lee Wood, 21, of Rock Port, Mo., was charged with possession of marijuana 7:32 p.m. Sunday in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Highway 34 and Dogwood Avenue. Deputies could smell a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.
Wood was being held on $1,000 bond.
