Nolte, Cornman & Johnson P.C. released an audit report on the Prescott Community School District in Prescott.
The district’s revenues totaled $1,276,122 for the year ended June 30, 2014, a 9.59 percent increase from the prior year.
Revenues included $502,710 in property tax, $78,386 in statewide sales, services and use tax, charges for service of $46,017, operating grants, contributions and restricted interest of $201,065, capital grants, contributions and restricted interest of $20,000, unrestricted state grants of $397,869, unrestricted interest of $1,391 and other general revenues of $28,684.
Expenses for district operations for the year ended June 30, 2014, totaled $1,254,309, a 1.30 percent decrease from the prior year. Expenses included $625,714 for regular instruction, $146,412 for special instruction and $117,934 for other instruction.
