Clayton A. Allison, 52, of Lorimor was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of a no-contact order 7:59 p.m. Thursday in Lorimor City Park.

According to a Union County Sheriff report, at 12:40 a.m. April 6, Brandy Allison received a text message from Clayton which said, “Yeppers baby doll get with the program please because this is how I feel.” According to law enforcement records, Clayton was served with a temporary protective order Nov. 24, 2014. The protective order said he was to have no contact with Brandy. The court issued a protective order by consent agreement Dec. 5, which remains in effect until Dec. 5, 2015. The message came from Clayton’s cell phone number.

Allison was being held on no bond awaiting appearance before the magistrate.
