Dennis Jay Wilkinson, 65, of Des Moines was charged with driving while revoked 10:06 p.m. Friday at the intersection of South Elm and West Clark streets.

According to a Creston Police report, at 9:35 p.m. Friday, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle that turned from the center lane on West Adams onto South Elm to head south. The vehicle also did not use a turning signal. Upon speaking with the driver, he was identified as Wilkinson by Iowa driver’s license. Wilkinson’s license came back revoked through National Crime Information Center. Wilkinson was taken into custody and transported to Union County Law Enforcement Center.

Wilkinson was released on $300 bond.

Michelle Marie Snyder, 40, of Cromwell was charged with third-offense operating while intoxicated 11:19 p.m. Friday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.

According to a Creston Police report, at approximately 11 p.m., officers made a stop on a silver four-door passenger car with no plate information. The driver was identified as Snyder. Snyder seemed disoriented and had the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from her person. Snyder consented to standard field sobriety testing and impairment was observed. Snyder consented to preliminary breath testing and Data Master breath samples, providing samples above the legal per se limit. Snyder had previous operating while intoxicated convictions.

Snyder was released on $5,000 bond.

Jessica Jo England, 30, 1009 Manor Dr. Apt. B, was charged with driving while suspended 12:02 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of East Taylor Street.

According to a Creston Police report, England did operate a motor vehicle while on East Taylor Street in Creston while her driving privileges were suspended.

England was released on $300 bond.
