Always enjoy reading letters to the editor — opinions are like the nose on your face, everyone has one. Can’t help but think about Tayler Pettit, if he had not been a wrestler, and if he had his medical condition flare up on him while he was breaking his 4-H calves to lead or other farm work away from anyone, would he still be with us. This has to be a very scary situation for any parent.
The Creston wrestling coaches, staff and other helpers are to be commended for taking extra caution to make sure their wrestlers are given the utmost care. All the Creston wrestlers are to be commended for an excellent job of representing themselves and the Creston school district. Give yourselves a pat on the back. We are proud of you.
