Creston firefighters responded to a grass fire 12:44 p.m. Wednesday at 1459 270th St.
According to a Creston Fire report, firefighters responded to the fire with the brush truck, Engine 1 and Engine 2. Upon arrival, firefighters in the brush truck canceled Engine 1 en route, and started to extinguish the fire. Firefighters used a tank of water from the brush truck to extinguish the fire. Firefighters refilled the brush truck from Engine 2 and returned to the station.
No damage was reported.
