Sara Exline, 38, of Afton, was charged on a Union County warrant for attempted burglary and three counts of burglary from a motor vehicle 7 a.m. today at Supertel, 800 Laurel St.
According to a Creston Police report, at 6:55 p.m. Sunday, Exline attempted to gain entry into a residence located at 1967 U.S. Highway 169 in Afton. Exline entered into a 2009 Dodge Ram pickup, a 2013 Dodge Ram pickup and a 1999 Chevy pickup, all owned by Brett Weis, and took money not exceeding $100 from each. All incidents were caught on security video.
Exline was being held on $5,000 bond.
