Cody John Courtney, 25, of Des Moines, was charged on a Union County warrant for probation violation of an original charge of controlled substance violation 7:11 p.m. Monday at Union County Law Enforcement Center.
Courtney was being held in Union County Jail awaiting an appearance before the magistrate.

An employee of K&K Auto, 1452 Cromwell Road, reported damage was done to two vehicles sometime between Sunday and Monday.
Damage estimate is $1,500.
