Stephen Elijah Ferguson, 41, of Corning, was charged with criminal mischief at 8:40 p.m. Monday in Adams County.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, deputies were dispatched to a 911 call at Country Haven located at 2168 U.S. Hwy 34, and upon arrival they noticed the dining area table and chairs were all turned over, a picture was busted over an overturned chair and the drinking fountain was ripped off the wall.
Ferguson was being held on $1,000 bond.
