Monday: potato crunch fish, oven roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, dinner roll with margarine, applesauce cake.
Tuesday: meatball stroganoff, broccoli, glazed carrots, wheat bread with margarine, fresh fruit.
Wednesday: honey mustard chicken breast, scalloped potatoes, spinach, wheat roll with margarine, fruited gelatin.
Thursday: roast beef with gravy, whipped potatoes, Harvard beets, wheat berry bread with margarine, fruit cocktail.
Friday: spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian blend vegetables, spinach side salad with dressing, bread stick/margarine, Mandarin oranges.
All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
