John Martin, 52, of Omaha, Neb., died Oct. 13, 2014.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, at the West Center Chapel of Heafey Hoffmann Dworak Cutler in Omaha. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery, Omaha. Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. service time Saturday at the chapel. Memorials may be directed to the family for the Martin children’s college fund.
John Ellsworth Martin was born May 6, 1962, in Creston.
John is survived by his wife Jacqui Martin; son Jacob Donald Martin; daughter Juliet Maria Martin; father Don Martin; and siblings, Terri Gillespie (Jim), Ronald Martin (Tammy), Merri Ringen (Mike), Sherri Clark (Jerry), Kerri Metzger (Jim), David Martin and Danny Martin.
John was preceded in death by his mother Margie Martin.
