Monday: hearty beef and noodles, Brussel sprouts, roasted zucchini and tomatoes, bread/margarine, mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Tuesday: potato crumb fish filet, tarter sauce, baked potato/margarine and sour cream, Oregon blend vegetables, dinner roll/margarine, cubed watermelon.
Wednesday: salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, glazed beets, wheat bread/margarine, sliced peaches.
Thursday: boneless pork chop, scalloped potatoes, spinach, wheat roll/margarine, cinnamon apples.
Friday: open face hot beef sandwich with gravy over wheat bread, mashed potatoes, chuckwagon corn, grapes.
All meals are served with 2 percent or skim milk and coffee.
