Monday: Swedish meatballs over wild rice, mixed vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, fresh strawberry shortcake.
Tuesday: breaded fish patty on bun, leaf lettuce and tomato slices, tarter sauce, three bean salad, cubed cantaloupe.
Wednesday: oven roasted chicken breast, boiled potatoes, carrot coins, wheat dinner roll/margarine, pineapple tidbits.
Thursday: roast beef in gravy, baked potato/margarine and sour cream, steamed California vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, birthday or white cake.
Friday: spaghetti with meat sauce, Italian blend vegetables, spinach salad with dressing, bread stick/margarine, Mandarin oranges.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
