No citations were issued after an accident 7:48 p.m. Aug. 13 at East Union High School.
According to an Afton Police report, Mara Weis backed up a 2005 Dodge, owned by Mark Weis of Afton, and struck a 1999 Lincoln owned by John Oliver of Shannon City. The trailer hitch of Weis’s vehicle hit Oliver’s vehicle on the rear quarter panel just below the gas fill.
Damage estimates are $300 to Oliver’s vehicle and no damage to Weis’s vehicle.
