Steven Nutt, 55, of Creston was cited for operation without registration, false use of registration, failure to have a valid driver’s license and failure to have insurance 1:15 a.m. Friday in Lenox.
According to a Lenox Police report, Lenox police observed a van at the intersection of Brooks and 120th streets with license plates that expired in 2006 and did not match the vehicle. The vehicle was stopped and the driver identified as Nutt.
Officers cited Nutt. The van was impounded.
