Nathan Vicker, 23, of Creston was charged with interference with official acts and refusal to submit to chemical testing for operating while intoxicated 12:11 a.m. Monday.
According to an Adams County Sheriff report, Vicker was spotted pulling into a field off a dirt road in Adams County. When officers approached Vicker, he became combative and resisted officers. Vicker also refused to take any chemical tests for operating while intoxicated. Further charges are pending.
Vicker was being held awaiting a magistrate.
